Just had a great experience with Mitch from Overhead Doors. Our outside remote pad and car remotes went on the blink and I tried buying new ones and watched probably 10-15 YouTube videos and it just wasn’t working. Mitch came out and saved the frustration in a timely manner, was courteous and came in way under other quotes from installers!! Great job!!! - John T.

"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just a note about a really good experience I just had with Overhead Door Company of Metro Milwaukee. Backed into garage door and bent the bottom panel. I got three quotes from the “bigger” door companies in the area. All three tried to sell me a new door ($1200-1800). Mitch, from Overhead Door Company of Metro Milwaukee, came out and said it was easily fixable. Two days later his tech came out and repaired my door in a couple of hours. Runs better than ever and has never been this quiet. Best part? 1/3 of the cost! These guys are truly “old school” customer service!" - Wade
